But I saw only the tip of the iceberg. There were many other people involved in crating, transshipping, customs, insurance, and probably many other contractors who I don't know about. Everyone had the skills they needed and did their jobs perfectly, coordinated by Rafael. And, by the way, Rafael's bid was lower than his competitor. And he stayed on budget. Everything arrived on schedule or ahead of schedule, and with no damage. And he kept me informed by phone or email at every step. No surprises. I give my highest praise to Rafael and RedCargo. They impressed the ever-lovin'-blue-eyed-heck out of me. And I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone planning a complex move.

Our experience with Redcargo was excellent all round. It involved moving many of our belongings from Boston to a village in Southern France, via Rotterdam. OMG again i have no idea how to start but Rafael became like family and took care of me better than some family may have.. I wanted to post a thank you to Ahmed’s moving and storage, Red Cargo who coordinated the container shipment from our California residence to Honolulu, Hawaii as well as the local Honolulu movers who unloaded everything. We had multiple boxes already packed by owners but we then asked the movers to professionally pack several pieces of Asian furniture, paintings with glass fronts, breakable Asian light fixtures, and breakable dishes- all were professionally packed at one end and unpacked at the destination by the local Honolulu based movers that worked with Ahmed and Red Cargo. We had only one artificial silk plant that was damaged and the movers addressed that in a fair and professional manner to our complete satisfaction. Given the number of boxes and distance and dealing with multiple individuals we were very pleased with the overall result. The price was fair, the service and people involved were first class. I strongly recommend others give these folks a chance to explain their service. I think you will be pleased as we were.

The wrapping of our items was done professionally and Rafael kept us updated on when our household items would arrive in St Thomas.
